It is a supplement that I had not tried before. It has surprised me, I'm using it during training and I'm doing great. It tastes quite sweet.

Easily assimilated carbohydrates
Together with amylopectin, maltodextrin and mineral salts a good combination to make our own isotonic drink.

Dextrose powder
Works very well to recover from weight training.
I know it works well because for some time I had not recovered completely after weight training and with this I feel much better, I take it with protein and magnesium of the same brand.
