Dextrose powder
Good and cheap
Product that suits me well, it is noticeable for training time is presented in a bag so that its effectiveness in use is much to be desired but it is a good product despite that.

Dextrose powder
I use it to recharge after training.
Indispensable combined with whey protein after training. High glycemic index and necessary to recharge spent glycogen, and inexpensive.
