Dextrose powder
Excellent
I bought it neutral flavor to be able to mix it with proteins and the truth is that it is very good. I used to take it sometimes pre and sometimes post workout, depending on the food I ate before or after.

Fast hydrate
A good choice as a fast assimilation carbohydrate for use in training and post-workout.

Dextrose powder
It dissolves instantly.
It dissolves instantly, the taste is sweet and neutral. The energizing effect is noticed a few minutes after taking it dissolved together with electrolytes.

Excellent product
Excellent sugars, which can be taken alone (there will be more insulin spike) or with protein. I usually include it pre-workout with some protein, and also intra-workout and post-workout. Sweet taste if taken alone. Cheap and quality, a 10.

Dextrose powder
Perfect value for money.
The unflavored dextrose I buy is of supreme quality. I use it for my wife who is ideopathic hypoglycemic, and it is super effective, in fact we do not go out without a preparation with water to control her lows. It is also recommended for athletes, as in my case, since I go hiking, it is a source of energy for when I feel tired. 100% recommended.
100% recomendado.

What to say is dextrose. Very good supplement. Good substitute for sugar . Perfect for people who work out.
Che dire è destrosio. Ottimo integratore. Buon sostituito dello zucchero . Perfetto per chi si allena.
