Good product
It seems to have a very complete composition of vitamins and minerals. I wish it contained a little more coenzyme Q10.

Well
Multivitamin in easy-to-swallow capsules, convenient packaging. I did not notice anything special. I don't know if I had any vitamin deficiency either. Good price.

Good vitamins
Good daily dose, they make a good potpourri as I usually call it. I have repeated on several occasions for periods where I have to squeeze the workouts.

Good, somewhat expensive.
Perfect for extra protection in winter, when it is easier to suffer from temperature changes, polar cold and few hours of sunshine.

More energy!
I started taking them because I am in a caloric deficit and I felt exhausted. In a few days I noticed much more energy, mental clarity, maybe it's even a placebo, but I even sleep better. I will definitely buy again.
