Vitamins to the fullest, minerals too? even ginseng. I took it during the spring to get a bonus of healthy energy and well-being. Then I switched to every other day and finally every three days...and I lost that plus...It was a mistake, because it is an effective product for me: I do a lot of sports and I also study and work. Now I take it in the morning with Phosphatidylserine + DMAE, Ginkgo Biloba and Bacopa. It is a daily staple for me.

Vitaminas a tope, minerales también... incluso ginseng. Lo tomé durante la primavera para obtener un plus de sana energía y bienestar. Luego lo pasé a cada dos días y finalmente cada tres...y perdí ese plus...Fue un error, pues es un producto efectivo para mí: hago mucho deporte y también estudio y trabajo. Ahora lo tomo en la mañana con Fosfatidilserina + DMAE, Ginkgo Biloba y Bacopa. Es un básico diario para mí.

Interesting mixture

I initially received this product as a promotional gift. I like the mixture, v. a. that it also contains rutin, ginseng, biotin and Q10, which is quite handy. However, the capsules are rather large (but not huge). When the product is used up, I will buy it again, because I like the mixture and my weak points are covered here.

Ich habe dieses Produkt zunächst als Werbegeschenk erhalten. Mir gefällt die Mischung, v. a. dass es auch Rutin, Ginseng, Biotin und Q10 enthält, was ziemlich praktisch ist. Die Kapseln sind allerdings eher groß (aber nicht riesig). Wenn das Produkt aufgebraucht ist, werde ich es wieder kaufen, weil mir die Mischung gut gefällt und meine Schwachpunkte hier abgedeckt werden.
