Multivitamin, multiminerals and extracts
It is a very complete multivitamin and multimineral, which also includes some plant extracts. They come in capsules of a large size, although it is not difficult for me to swallow them. I don't like the smell, but I don't notice the taste. I bought the 240 capsule format and I find the bottle too big. Perhaps the 120 capsules is more practical and for travel the 30 capsules, which I hope the bottle is small.
Es un multivitamínico y multiminerales muy completo, que también incluye extracto de algunas plantas. Vienen en cápsulas de un tamaño grandecito, aunque no me cuesta mucho tragarlas. El olor no me gusta, aunque el sabor no lo noto. Compré el formato de 240 cápsulas y el bote me parece muy grande. Quizás sea más práctico el de 120 cápsulas y para viajes el de 30 cápsulas, que espero que el bote sea pequeñito.
