Vitamins should never be lacking in an athlete.
Vitamins are essential, even using them some people can have deficiencies, I say again essential.
Las vitaminas son imprescindibles, incluso usándolas algunas personas podemos tener carencias, vuelvo a decir imprescindibles.

Evovits (multivitamin)
Multivitamin, multiminerals and extracts
It is a very complete multivitamin and multimineral, which also includes some plant extracts. They come in capsules of a large size, although it is not difficult for me to swallow them. I don't like the smell, but I don't notice the taste. I bought the 240 capsule format and I find the bottle too big. Perhaps the 120 capsules is more practical and for travel the 30 capsules, which I hope the bottle is small.
