I use it every day
I use it daily because I was lacking vitamin C, and it is very noticeable! I would definitely buy it again.

Effectiveness
The complexity of this product makes its greatest virtue, with an adjusted price, I honestly don't know how they have packed so much into so little.

Acceptable
The effectiveness of this product is acceptable for the price, but I have taken better multivitamins, but at a higher price.

Good product
The capsules are easy to swallow and the 120 tablet format is very affordable. To be honest, I use it as a regular supplement for my vitamin and mineral requirements, but I could not say that its effects are magical. Actually, I think the supply is useful but if you don't have a serious deficiency of these vitamins and minerals, you won't notice a very noticeable change.

They work great for me. I have tried others, but I find these to be complete because of their composition.
