Great as a generic multivitamin
Before using the specific ones from the women's Care line, I used these, and they were great for me at the time. These tablets are smaller than the ones I take now. So if that might suit you better, these are your multivitamins. If not, the Care range is perfect! I do notice the difference when I take vitamins and when I don't. It's really worth it to ensure the full intake.
