All ok
I was very reluctant to these multivitamins, I didn't really notice anything, but after taking it for a couple of months, you notice the extra kick it gives you, especially if you work and study and then have to train.

Going well
I have tried them before and the truth is that they are good, it is true that it is something long term, you start to notice the benefits after a month or so. They are easy to swallow and I got a discount, so good price.

Quality and price
Very complete multivitamin and the price is very reasonable compared to other brands. Since I've been taking it, it gives me that extra energy I need throughout the day.
