Great as a generic multivitamin

Before using the specific ones from the women's Care line, I used these, and they were great for me at the time. These tablets are smaller than the ones I take now. So if that might suit you better, these are your multivitamins. If not, the Care range is perfect! I do notice the difference when I take vitamins and when I don't. It's really worth it to ensure the full intake.

Antes de usar los específicos de la línea Care de mujer, usaba éstos, y me vinieron genial en su momento. Éstos comprimidos son más pequeños que los que tomo ahora. Entonces si eso te puede venir mejor, estos son tus multivitamínicos. Si no, ¡los de la gama Care son perfectos! Noto la diferencia cuando tomo vitaminas y cuando no. Realmente vale la pena para asegurar el aporte completo.

I like that it is in capsule form instead of tablet, that the dose is only one a day and you forget about it, and that it comes in dark packaging well protected from light, as it should be in these cases. I think that except for extreme or very deficient diets, as long as you incorporate fruit and vegetables normally, you don't need more.

Me gusta que sea en cápsula en vez de tableta, que la dosis sea de sólo una al día y te olvidas, y que venga en envase oscuro bien protegido de la luz, como debe ser en éstos casos.
