I have not caught a cold

I don't know exactly if I've noticed anything, but maybe not catching a cold or not having that mucus many days or being tired can be a good symptomatology when you're preparing for a specific marathon. I usually take it with breakfast

Good vitamin

The best multivitamin in terms of price-quality ratio, it also contains minerals, another plus to be taken into account.
