Well, if I remember to take them
Since they have to be taken after a meal I always forget. I wish I could take it whenever. It is also true that if you don't take them after having eaten enough and drunk a lot of water, at least for me it gives me a stomach ache. Como hay que tomarlas después de una comida siempre se me olvida. Ojalá se pudiera tomar cuando fuera.
También es verdad que sí no lo tomas después de haberse comido bastan y bebido mucha agua, a mí por lo menos me da dolor de estómago. Así que están muy bien pero comed y bebed mucha agüita cuando las toméis. Recomendadas!
