HMB pure powder

For me a basic

I was unaware of this supplement and for me along with ZMA and creatine it has become a staple. It is somewhat expensive but overall a very good supplement.

HMB pure powder

Good product, very bad taste

Good product, the only downside is the taste is a real trash, it provoked me a couple of times, it is very salty, but it is in all the HMB, so anyway I recommend it, you cover your nose and inside.

I bought in powder and better in tablets, as the powder with water becomes quite bad and hard in the mouth.
