Good supplement

I tried this supplement for the first time for the summer and I will repeat for next year. I used it for heavy workouts and combined with cardio to try not to lose muscle mass due to increased effort. The only bad thing is the bottle that breaks from opening and closing the bag and it is uncomfortable to take the product when there is only half of it left.

He probado este suplemento por primera vez para el verano y volveré a repetir para el próximo año. Lo utilicé para los entrenos fuertes y combinados con cardio para intentar no perder masa muscular por el aumento de esfuerzo. Lo único malo es el embase que se rompe de estar abriendo y cerrando la bolsa y además es incómodo de coger el producto cuando ya queda la mitad.
