Because of my job, I spend a lot of time indoors and get less sun than I would like, especially from October to May, so I always resort to supplementation to ensure I have optimal vitamin D3 levels. The tablets are easy to swallow and also include extra virgin olive oil in their composition to improve absorption, although it is advisable to take them with a high-fat meal.
