It is an excellent protein isolate, good dissolution and acceptable vanilla flavor with water. The problem is the price that has risen quite a lot lately. As a post-training recovery in endurance sports (ultratrail, triathlon ...) with corn starch or oatmeal is very effective. The digestion is very fast and without any problem.
