Great quality in taste. So far all the ones I've tried are good. Good pack to try several and then choose the best flavor.

Instant oat flour - sampling pack
Very tasty
Very good dissolution and taste. I take it after training as a quick breakfast. I find it strange that it says "The intake of oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol because it has a high content of fiber as beta glucans that contribute to this function. In addition, it also contributes to intestinal transit" but the nutritional information does not indicate the fiber I am consuming.
