EvoBCAA's 2.0 (BCAA's 12:1:1 + glutamine)

In training peaks it helps.

In training peaks it helps. It was lemon flavor, very citric, it was pleasant, it is very good if you do not have time and you run out to train first thing, either running or strength, with both objectives I have used it, as a buffer for protein degradation.

EvoBCAA's 2.0 (BCAA's 12:1:1 + glutamine)

Out of 10

Good flavors, good dissolution. I always look for products like this "all in one" whenever possible to avoid taking separately of everything. Nothing to envy to other brands, it surpasses it.
