Post-workout, it recovers very well.

The cherry flavor... Very good (similar to epiretal syrup). I do well after training and before my protein shake, as the glutamine helps the following digestion (it has suppressed my protein gas). I'm doing great, it's already noticeable from the third dose.

El sabor cereza... Muy bueno (parecido jarabe epiretal). Me va bien después del entrenamiento y antes de mi batido de proteínas, pues la glutamina ayuda a la siguiente digestión (me ha suprimido los gases de la proteína). Me va genial, desde la tercera toma ya se nota.
