Good

The cola flavor is the one I like the most of the ones I have tried. It dissolves easily.

Good product and effective.

I notice it in the energy and recovery. My legs feel like nothing after 45kms of MTB with 600m of elevation gain.

Essential

What to say about BCAA + Glutamine, I also add creatine, essential for high intensity training, peak strength, glutamine recovers that muscle fatigue.

Very complete

The taste is very good, it dissolves easily and it hardly needs to be stirred. For daily intakes you don't need a large amount and a one kilogram container lasts a long time. For me it is very effective, it covers all my amino acid needs.
