I chose to try casein because it is thicker than protein since I never drink it in a shake, but I usually make recipes using it and I like it better that way. I chose salted caramel flavor and the truth is that I don't like it very much (although more and more) but combined with peanut powder or something that lowers the sweetness a bit, it's delicious. At the beginning it was a bit bad for me, but not anymore.
Elegí probar la caseína porque es más espesa que la proteína ya que no la tomo nunca en batido, si no que suelo hacer recetas usándola y me gusta más así. Escogí sabor caramelo salado y la verdad es que no me gusta mucho (aunque cada vez más) pero combinado con cacahuete en polvo o algo que le rebaje un poco el dulzor está rico. Al principio me sentaba un poco mal, pero ya no.

I haven't tried it yet but I opened the package and it smells right. I have had experiences with other proteins and even the inositol capsules that tasted a lot like medicine. Speculoos casein, lemon tart evolate for me 0 recommended. Nutritionally I find it excellent and it satiates you a lot. I hope to have better luck with this casein! Of course, the evowhey ones are excellent for me :).
Aún no la he probado pero abrí el paquete y huele correcto. He tenido experiencias con otras proteínas e incluso las cápsulas de inositol que tenían mucho sabor a medicamento. La caseína de Speculoos, evolate de tarta de limón para mi 0 recomendables. Nutricionalmente me parece excelente y te sacia mucho. Espero tener mejor suerte con esta caseína! Eso sí, las evowhey me han salido excelentes :).
