A different texture but a very good option if you know how to use it.

We need to know how to use it, nothing like HSN’s whey protein. Dissolve it always in plenty of water. I love it to make a faux rice pudding. 260 ml water, a scoop and 70 g oats. Important: dissolve the isolate in the water first, I use a battery-powered milk frother, and then add the oats. A few hours in the fridge and with cinnamon on top it’s amazing and texture 10/10.

Hay que saber cómo usarla, nada que ver con una proteína whey de HSN. Disolución siempre sobre abundante agua. Me encanta para hacer falso arroz con leche. 260ml agua, un cacito y 70g de avena. Importante disolver primero el aislado en el agua, yo utilizo un espumador de leche a pilas, y posteriormente incorporar la avena. Unas horas en nevera y con canela por encima está de vicio y textura 10/10.
