L-taurine powder
Very satisfied.
I had read that taurine helps combat anxiety by reducing the amount of adrenalin released by the nervous system when under stress. I wanted to test the veracity of the article's advice to combine taurine (2gr per day) with vitamin B6 and foods rich in magnesium, and as far as I'm concerned, I can feel a clear difference!

L-taurine powder
An injection of energy.
I was tired of waking up every day tired and feeling like I had been run over. I read about taurine and its benefits, the best value for money I have found is HSN, today I woke up radiant and full of energy, I will continue taking it for life and recommend it to everyone who needs energy and vitality.
