L-taurine powder
Reduces fatigue
I started taking this supplement because I usually take beta-alanine during cardiovascular exercise. Since those who take beta-alanine are at risk of low taurine production, I decided to take this supplement. So I decided to take both. To my surprise, it seems to be just as, if not more, effective at reducing fatigue than beta-alanine.

Energy bonus
Excellent pre-workout supplement for those days when we need extra energy. I prepare it in the water I take with me for training, it has no flavor, and you don't have to add much quantity so this product lasts quite long and is very economical.

L-taurine powder
Good product
Quite acceptable supplement as it only contains the product itself (taurine) without any additives. It is quite tasteless, it is hardly noticeable in water. The dosing scoop could have a longer handle, as you have to put your hand in the bag a lot.
