It provides Omega-3 (DHA and EPA) and vitamins (such as A and D) that improve diabetes, osteoarthritis, depression, immune system, vision, memory, skin, bones... Small, easy to take and tasteless pearls that are good for the stomach. Good dose for each pearl recommended to take 2 per day but if you ingest these nutrients by other ways you can dose taking only one pearl.
