Choice because you can also take it in a low dose as a simple relaxation, sleep and mood aid, or take full dose for maximum potency of the extract also with a view to bodybuilding or other training. If you want maximum potency ashwagandha veer to shoden or other quality that includes the leaf extract in addition to the root extract. Personally I tried shoden and found it super effective but coming off it I had quite a few mood sides, so I had to do a couple of weeks of 5htp to recover after discontinuing it (60gg or so of treatment).

Scelta perché si può assumere anche in dose bassa come semplice coadiuvante di rilassamento, sonno e umore, oppure prendere dose piena per la massima potenza dell'estratto anche in ottica bodybuilding o altro allenamento. Se si desidera una ashwagandha di massima potenza virare su Shoden o altra qualità che includa l'estratto di foglie oltre a quello di radice. Personalmente ho provato la shoden e l'ho trovata super efficace ma staccandola ho avuto non pochi sides a livello di umore, perciò ho dovuto fare un paio di settimane di 5htp per riprendermi dopo averla sospesa (60gg circa di trattamento).
