At the beginning it is not noticeable
I remember starting to take it as a test and coinciding shortly after with a time of stress, I remember thinking that it did not help me to calm and improve my anxiety, but I continued taking it and I do not know if it is placebo, but I notice that anxiety has decreased and I sleep better.
