It is too early to assess the effectiveness of the product since I have only been taking it for a week, but I have noticed that I feel calmer during the day and it is not difficult to fall asleep, although I still wake up with some nervousness in the mornings. Es muy pronto para valorar la efectividad del producto ya que apenas llevo una semana tomándolo, pero si que he notado mas tranquilidad durante el dia y no me cuesta conciliar el sueño aunque todavía me despierto con algo de nerviosismo por las mañanas. Las capsulas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar. De momento muy bien para el poco tiempo que llevo tomándolas. Así que sí que las recomiendo.
