Well
Very good product, it is effective and has a good dose of caffeine that you notice. It is quite long lasting. If you do not like coffee it is ideal.

It works
It is a necessary product when you need that extra, I take it 20 minutes or so before training when I find myself a little low on energy and it gives you the power you need to finish your workout. Easy to take.

Required
It is not the first time that I order this product because if we talk about solubility, it is a 100, the flavor that I choose most is watermelon, although I also tried the orange one and I like it a lot too. I notice the contribution of collagen in my joints.

I could not say
The truth is that I have only noticed one day the need to go and train or start having activity. Also, I usually take it 40 minutes before starting to train. I wouldn't know, I haven't noticed the effect.
No sabría decir, yo no he notado el efecto.
