Triple b, good, nice and cheap
It does what it says, 200mg of caffeine per dose, just the right amount for training with a boost of energy on low energy days.

Good product
It is a very good caffeine that does not give you a high but keeps you active throughout the day.

Good product, normal effectiveness
I bought this product to be able to remove coffee in the middle of the morning so that I could continue with my work as usual. I don't know how effective it is.

For before training
Personally I use it as a pre-workout, it gives you the extra push that is sometimes needed. The size of the tablets is good. I usually carry it in the car for long trips.
