Good caffeine
The concentration of caffeine is good, I would have liked more pills, acceptable quality-price ratio.

Effective
It is very noticeable that it gives you a boost of energy on those days when you lack it. The pills are tiny and very easy to swallow.

Basic
It is a basic for training, good format if you are somewhat dependent on caffeine. Less than that amount may not be enough as a pre-workout.

Works very well
The trick is to reduce the coffees you drink the rest of the day or drink them decaffeinated so that when you drink one of these, they have more effect (personally I feel 2-3 hours of effect and it is noticeable).
