Good for morning training
Essential for morning workouts that require a little more to be awake, it activates my body and gets me through the day, but be careful not to take it in the afternoon because it makes me sleepy.

Effective
200mg is a substantial contribution for specific moments of activation and performance. Then it depends on the tolerance of each person to caffeine when it comes to notice the effects.
