What a kick!
For those of you who do not normally drink coffee or coke, you will notice it very much... very effective.

Essential
Another essential supplement, especially for those like me who train early in the morning and on an empty stomach. Its effect is noticeable, the last time I ran out and had to train a few days without caffeine (I do not drink coffee), then I really noticed the drop. Quite convenient format

Pain
It's a type of caffeine that gives you a high and then you feel sick all day long.

Very good caffeine.
The caffeine is of very good quality, I prefer it to the extended release caffeine because its effect is sharper, otherwise the presentation is also adequate and the price is very competitive with respect to other caffeines available on the market.

To study
I have used it in intensive study days when the early mornings were too heavy and it shows. I don't know if it is effective for exercise, but for me it helps me to stay awake.
