Too much for me

I have the problem that stimulants tend to lower or raise my blood pressure, if they work for me but they are too much, so if you are someone who uses caffeine and it works I assure you that it will give you that shot, however in my case I must not be very tolerant to the sensation and I do not like it very much, that said in summary, if it works and if it does what it has to do.

Force

Energy before training. I last longer in training by taking the pills.

Energía para antes de entrenar. Aguanto más el entreno tomando las pastillas.

Indispensable

I use it during workouts and on days when I need to be alert. Although I prefer the tablet form to the capsules.

Good supplement

It obviously works. The only drawback is when it comes in pills instead of regular pills, because the latter you can split to regulate the dosage.

Evidentemente funciona.
