Great!
I have bought it both for pre-workouts and to stay up all night at work, and I have to say that it works perfectly... I am not very enthusiastic about coffee, but in this format I have all the benefits and on top of that it is enhanced with vitamin B5 and B6... no doubt it will be a product that I will buy again as soon as they run out.

The best way to know the amount of caffeine you drink
I take it in the morning when I go to train, in the next one I will choose tablets as you can better modify the dose.

In process of testing.
So far I have only tested it 3 times, it is noticeable when performing the activity a better performance. After a few weeks I will come back to comment on how I have done.
