Caffeine in capsules
Well that, a touch of energy for what you need, I think they are not very strong, so it is advisable for people a little sensitive to caffeine.

Sometimes I use it for study and work and sometimes for training. It makes you sleepy, it is effective and it activates you. When you do it without having eaten, it is much more noticeable.

For pre-training on gray days
Taking it before training is very effective so that half an hour after taking it you are activated for an hour. As if you were drinking three espresso coffees, although it is advisable not to abuse it and use it only on days when you feel less like it or when you are more tired.
