As the weeks go by, you will see the effects of caffeine slow down when taking it.

High energy input
I decided to try them because they came as a gift in one of the orders I placed and the truth is that you notice a big difference when you take them because you feel more active throughout the day. I take them in the morning and they give you that energy boost without the need to drink coffee if you don't like it.

Natural caffeine 200mg
I have not noticed any effect
I have tried it before some workouts and it has more effect than a machine coffee. Even so, it does have the necessary effect on my brother.

Bieen
I use it as a pre-workout and it works well, the price is unbeatable and I would not exceed the dose of 1 pill, at most 2 pills, I have taken 4 and had a really bad time.
