I take it in the morning with a shake, I usually take half the capsule and I notice the results quickly, it gives me energy for the whole day.

I recommend it
Great for an energy boost before training. I also take it in the mornings during exam time and it gives me energy for almost the whole day. And the format is great, very convenient to take.

Dissatisfaction with effectiveness
I usually expect that when I take the capsule I get the same strong kick that I get when I drink a coffee. I don't know why I don't notice that effect so much, to be honest.
