I wake up better in the morning

I usually do my own research before buying from HSN. I am just starting with this product (I take GABA at night), it helps me sleep better, I sleep more (this is subjective). I notice it in that I wake up better in the mornings (more objective) but it is still too early to be 100% sure it is the GABA.
