Perfect to combine with d-chiro inositol. I tried the powder but will go back to the capsules as they are easier to take and don't have such a strong taste.

It regulates the menstrual period, improves premenstrual syndrome (although it does not disappear) and reduces hormonal acne. Personally I prefer the unflavored powder format, but that's personal. I recommend it without any doubt.
