L-carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) 1000mg
Good supplement
Helps convert body fat into available fuel and raises the levels of certain enzymes needed to metabolize sugars, starches and other carbohydrates. Gives you more energy during workouts and reduces lactic acid buildup. Cleans the bloodstream of ammonia and helps create glycogen, the body's way of storing glucose. Helps prevent muscle atrophy.

L-carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) 1000mg
Good value for money
Still a lot of controversy about its effectiveness. What I have noticed in this short time is that it gives you a very smooth extra energy. There are other supplements that are more explosive, but as a boost, it goes great. We will see in the long term how effective it is.

L-carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) 1000mg
Difficult to take
Capsules of large size, difficult to take, always take it liquid and will return to it, I will try to find this brand liquid because if they are effective, the only downside is taking, I take 3 capsules and it is difficult to take.
