L-carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) 1000mg

Pre-training

I usually take it in the morning and also 2 capsules about 30 minutes before running, when I run for more than 45 minutes. I have been doing it this way for several years. Every once in a while when I haven't taken it, I seem to feel a little more lacking in energy.

L-carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) 1000mg

Lots of light and few shadows

It is a product that works for me as long as I take care of my diet and exercise. The only downside is that the capsules are huge and difficult to swallow. Perhaps the powdered option is better, but it is not as convenient to use because I, for example, take a couple of capsules with me every day to work or wherever I go that day, which is not so easy with the powders.

Effective, but you have to give it time

Good product, the only thing is that you should not expect immediate effectiveness. I always find results, taking it in time.
