Great supplement

Great supplement to get that little bit of energy, along with caffeine.

Ideal for training

It is already the third bottle I buy, certainly ideal as a thermogenic, I take it at lunch before training in the afternoon and it shows.

Very good

On an empty stomach it did not agree with me, but when taken on a full stomach it was fine.

Good

I notice a little sustained activation, but I do not notice the effect in terms of fluid retention, in fact, I estimate that I lose less fluid than before.
