The IFOS certification gives you real peace of mind about the oil’s purity, and it’s true there’s no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. That said, the softgels are pretty massive; if you struggle to swallow large pills, you’ll need a good gulp of water to get them down comfortably.

This omega-3 is good quality and pretty affordable. What I like most is that it contains vitamin E, which I don’t usually get much of from food. When I want to increase the dose, I combine it with other HSN omega-3 products, which are excellent too.
