Excellent value for money
The majority of the population is deficient in vitamin D during the winter months, supplementation is almost essential during this period. I have been taking HSN's vitamin D3 for years, I don't think there is any other better value for money. I have chosen the 4000 IUI because it is the upper limit of what is considered completely safe.
