It is a good supplementation if you want to have a good incorporation of the calcium you consume in the cells. This vitamin should not be abused as it is fat soluble although the daily doses of this particular vitamin do not exceed by far the amount that the body tolerates on a daily basis (10,000 IU). It is important to do a blood test just in case, but for older people with vitamin D deficiency it helps a lot.
Es una buena suplementación si quieres tener buena incorporación del calcio que consumes en las células. No hay que abusar de esta vitamina ya que es liposoluble aunque las dosis diarias de esta en concreto no superan ni de lejos la cantidad que el cuerpo tolera de manera diaria (10.000 UI). Importante realizar una analítica por si acaso pero para personas mayores con déficit de vit D ayuda mucho.
