Excellent formulation (Menaquinone-7 or Mk7) and dosage of vitamin K2, of natural origin (fermented natto), to be taken together with Vitamin D3. Vitamin D helps to absorb calcium, but vitamin K2 causes calcium to be deposited in the bones, where it is needed. According to many studies, taking vitamin D alone can be harmful, as calcium may accumulate in the coronary arteries instead of in the bones (the dreaded atherosclerosis).
