Vitamin K2 100mcg

Excellent

Together with D3, it helps to fix calcium in the bones. An indispensable supplement at a very reasonable price.

Vitamin K2 100mcg

Good supplement

Easy to take, tasteless, and combined with vitamin D3, they form a must-have kit in my diet, especially in seasons with little sunshine.

Vitamin K2 100mcg

Perfect to take with vitamin d3

Excellent formulation (Menaquinone-7 or Mk7) and dosage of vitamin K2, of natural origin (fermented natto), to be taken together with Vitamin D3. Vitamin D helps to absorb calcium, but vitamin K2 causes calcium to be deposited in the bones, where it is needed. According to many studies, taking vitamin D alone can be harmful, as calcium may accumulate in the coronary arteries instead of in the bones (the dreaded atherosclerosis). If, on top of that, D3+K2 is combined with chelated magnesium, we find ourselves with an extremely healthy trio. This synergistic trio brings great improvement in cardiovascular health, bone health and also increases the immune capacity against viruses, according to accredited studies.
