Better if it were IFOS
I bought this format after the considerable price increase of the Omega 3 IFOS. You have to take 3 a day instead of one but it is much cheaper.

Great omega3
Since I've been taking it I keep my cholesterol at bay and it's going very well and it doesn't repeat the fishy taste of other omegas.

Omega-3 3000mg
Excellent value for money
The format is ideal to last for a year, in fact I would advise those who suffer from acidity and difficulty digesting like me to take only 1 tablet a day because it is a bit heavy. But it doesn't leave the fishy smell and is effective.

Omega 3
Well packaged product. It comes with a lot of capsules for the price, which lasts a long time! Easy to take and tasteless! The only downside is that the packaging is tin and the lid is cardboard. The lid is only a snap-on lid and not a screw-on lid, so you have to be careful when you pick it up, otherwise the lid comes off and the box falls over.
Produto bem embalado.
